The land slopes from the North-East to South-West by as much as nine metres, and it has been possible to the position the houses such that they do not interrupt or detract from each others view.

In positioning the houses we have also strived to preserve as much of the original flora as possible, designing the gardens to reflect and augment the nature of this beautiful area rather than undermine it.
